  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Payment is required for subscriptions via WooCommerce and Stripe.
  • Plans start at £3.99 per month, and unused usage does not carry over.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Service Availability and Limitations

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Alert2Call is not responsible for missed alerts due to service failures, network issues, or incorrect user configurations.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of technical failures on our end preventing service delivery.
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services.

6. Data Sharing and Privacy

  • We share necessary user data with DMV Technology Ltd for web hosting and development.
